I designed my pool for perfect lessons. At the largest areas the pool is 24' wide and 41' long. The long straight side allows me to walk up and down the pool while watching the swimmer. The sun deck is on the shallow end where I teach little ones and we practice the short way across. When that distance becomes too easy we create a triangle in the pool and eventually swimmers swim the entire length. Many kids like to kick with a kickboard down to the cave! There are many options in my pool to work for any level swimmer.
Advanced swimmers can use the pool tether to increase their endurance. The flat walls have a tile “diamond” for flip turns.
Parents can relax in the covered patio in chairs and couches. Swimmers or siblings can wait for their lessons to start there.
At the end of lessons the swimmers can go down the waterslide, jump in from the side or "cliff" or play with toys in the shallow area.
I also have flags at correct distances for backstroke flip turns. (not pictured)
(the shower is out of order right now and hopefully will be back soon)
I DO NOT have restrooms, so please use them before lessons.
